myEDUCO is our support ticketing and project management portal specifically tailored to the needs of EDUCO clients. It represents our continuous commitment to supporting every aspect of our clients' web and digital needs, with special focus on agile project management and ongoing support ticketing. Our first iteration of myEDUCO launched in 2013, focused on the planning and management of web projects. In 2014, we launched support ticketing and since then, our support roster has grown to over 25 clients on the ticketing platform. In 2015, we launched the myEDUCO Project Backlog, a project planning tool driven by the agile methodology.
