Leopardo Construction Website Redesign
Leopardo had already grown into its next chapter. The website was the last thing waiting to catch up.
Leopardo Construction has spent 47 years building a phenomenal reputation across the Chicago-Midwest as a family-owned general contractor. The company is now stepping into its next chapter: pursuing aviation, healthcare, multifamily, and hospitality work coast to coast. The website was ready to grow alongside them.
Initially redesigned in 2017, the site had served Leopardo well. The copy celebrated what Leopardo had built; the richer next chapter was how: the operational complexity, the regulated markets, the schedules other contractors couldn't keep. The portfolio carried a strong Illinois presence at exactly the moment leadership was investing in a national footprint, with offices opening in Ohio and Florida.
In construction, relationships are built over years, sometimes decades, and the strongest names earn the right to be considered long before any conversation begins. Most of Leopardo's audience arrives at the site already knowing the name: developers and architects evaluating a partner for complex builds, joint-venture general contractors sizing up Leopardo for a co-pursuit, and subcontractors looking for a clean path to bid on work. They come to the site to confirm what they've already heard or know.
That gave the new website two jobs at once. For relationships already in motion, it had to reinforce trust and credibility before every meeting. For new audiences, it had to open a clear, credible pathway to the answers they were seeking.
Our work together was to translate Leopardo's brand, expanded geography, and operational depth into a digital presence that matches who they are today and where they're going next.
