We want you to maintain ownership of your site with no hidden fees or surprise charges... and we also want to be ready for those times when you need us to step in and help.

Having prepaid credits for updates and support allows us to skip the accounting (estimates, and invoices, and payments, oh my!) and focus on the timely completion of your requests.

Maintenance agreements are ideal for site owners interested in:

* Standard turnaround time (depending upon urgency and complexity) for support & content update requests is 3-7 business days while turnaround time for maintenance clients is 1-3 business days. Emergency Assistance includes support for outages and critical bug-fixes and is initiated (and where possible completed) within 48 hours of ticket submission. Maintenance clients do not have to pay the standard time-and-a-half hourly rate for Emergency Assistance.

Can EDUCO Support a Website Built by Someone Else?

EDUCO offers support for websites built with either WordPress or Drupal open source content management systems. Before we can determine if your site is a suitable candidate for one of our maintenance agreements, we will go through an intake and assessment process where we check the status of your content, code, and hosting environment.

The process usually takes 3-7 business days after we have received all necessary site access.

While it is always our hope that we will be able to work together, completing the intake and assessment process does not guarantee that EDUCO will be able to engage you in a maintenance agreement.

Our team will provide a report detailing our findings, and if we are unable to support your site, we will provide an action plan to correct any issues we uncovered.

What About Website Hosting?

While it is not required that our clients host with us, EDUCO does offer group or solo hosting options through our Pantheon, Acquia or Rackspace Managed Cloud account.
